1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Full payment or a pre-authorization may be required at the time of booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize Orlando Executive Car Service to charge the card for all services rendered, including tolls, parking, and gratuity if applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or “No-Shows,” will be charged the full estimated amount of the reservation.

3. Wait Time and Extra Stops

Airport Pickups: We offer a complimentary grace period of 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights after the actual arrival time.
Non-Airport Pickups: A 15-minute grace period applies.
After the grace period, wait time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate. Extra stops must be pre-arranged and will incur additional charges.

4. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if this policy is violated or if a passenger causes excessive mess (e.g., bodily fluids, severe spills). The client is fully responsible for any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by their party.

5. Luggage and Liability

Orlando Executive Car Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicles. Passengers are responsible for ensuring all belongings are removed at the end of the trip. Our liability for delays caused by severe weather, unexpected traffic, or mechanical breakdown is limited to the cost of the trip.

6. Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats can be provided upon request for an additional fee. While our chauffeurs will ensure the seat is available, it is the parent or guardian’s legal responsibility to properly install the seat and secure the child according to Florida State Law.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Orlando Executive Car Service, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
